Share this Memorial with Friends & Family: Share Memorial on FB Biography: Windsor was born in Ipswich, Suffolk, and grew up in the Spring Road area. He attended Clifford Road Primary and Copleston High School. He began dancing at the age of three, when his parents took him to the Ipswich School of Dancing.[1] At age 15, Windsor moved to London to pursue his career as a dancer.[2] In 2010, Windsor's first season of Strictly Come Dancing Kristina Rihanoff became his professional partner. [10] They performed Solo Routines on Strictly Come Dancing and have also taken their partnership off the Strictly Dance Floor, with them both headlining Burn the Floor in London's West End in 2013. The Partnership has taken them all over the World, from Charity events to Strictly Cruise Ship events, they have performed in the South African version of Strictly Come Dancing and teaching large groups at this special event. From 2003 to summer 2010, Windsor was part of the cast of Burn the Floor,[15] one of the leading ballroom-based shows in the world. Two tours with Burn the Floor (2003, 2004) and three with FloorPlay (2006 to 2008) took him several times around the world, leading up to the highlights being a stint on Broadway (2009) and in the London West End (2010). In Windsor's last season with Burn the Floor in London, he was engaged in the role of Swing having to learn all male dancers' parts, to step in for any one who was unable to perform. From Broadway Windsor's abilities took him to Dancing with the Stars Australia and So You Think You Can Dance in Holland. He was also asked to assist in the choreography for the Australian version of So You Think You Can Dance. In 2012 Windsor starred in Dance To The Music Tour along with his professional partner Kristina Rihanoff, fellow Pro Dancer from Strictly Come Dancing Artem Chigvintsev and Kara Tointon who won the Strictly Glitter Ball in 2010. With music from the Strictly Come Dancing Band the show toured the UK in a successful run. He was best known for his tenures in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) and World Championship Wrestling (WCW), under the ring names Sid Justice, Sid Vicious, and Sycho Sid. Eudy was a six-time world champion, having won the WWF Championship twice, the WCW World Heavyweight Championship twice, and the USWA Unified World Heavyweight Championship twice. In addition to world title success, Eudy held the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship once, among other accolades. During his tenures with the WWF and WCW, Eudy headlined multiple pay-per-views for both organizations, main-eventing WrestleMania VIII and WrestleMania 13 in 1992 and 1997 respectively as well as Starrcade in 2000. Share this Memorial with Friends & Family: Share Memorial on FB Biography: Alistair Maclean Darling, Baron Darling of Roulanish, PC (28 November 1953 – 30 November 2023) was a British politician who served as Chancellor of the Exchequer under Prime Minister Gordon Brown from 2007 to 2010. A member of the Labour Party, he was a member of Parliament (MP) from 1987 to 2015, representing Edinburgh Central and Edinburgh South West. Darling was first appointed Chief Secretary to the Treasury by Prime Minister Tony Blair in 1997, and was promoted to Secretary of State for Work and Pensions in 1998. After spending four years at that department, he spent a further four years as Secretary of State for Transport, while also becoming Secretary of State for Scotland in 2003. Blair moved Darling for a final time in 2006, making him President of the Board of Trade and Secretary of State for Trade and Industry. After Brown succeeded Blair as prime minister, he promoted Darling to replace himself as Chancellor of the Exchequer in 2007, a position he remained in until 2010.[2] He served as Chancellor during the financial crisis of 2007–2008 and the Great Recession. From 2012 to 2014, Darling was the chairman of the Better Together Campaign, a cross-party group that successfully campaigned for Scotland to remain part of the United Kingdom in the 2014 independence referendum.[3] He was a vocal advocate for the Remain campaign for the 2016 United Kingdom European Union membership referendum.[4] On 3 November 2014, Darling announced that he was standing down at the 2015 general election.[5] He was nominated for a life peerage in the 2015 Dissolution Honours and sat in the House of Lords until his retirement in 2020.[6] According to Chris Giles of the Financial Times, Darling was "one of the most consequential post-war chancellors in modern British history".
