June Rosalind Spencer, CBE (14 June 1919 – 8 November 2024) was an English actress best known for her long-running role as Peggy Woolley in the BBC Radio 4 soap opera The Archers. Spencer played the character from 1950 to 1953, and again from 1962 to 2022.
